Before you ask.
What is Pinch for Safari Operators?
A tour and safari operator system built by Pinch Africa: enquiries, itineraries, quotes, bookings, lodge and park fees, fleet and guides, vouchers, a client portal and supplier payments in one system.
How long does it take to get our company live?
21 working days, from the first walk-through to go-live. Days 1 to 3 we map how you work, days 4 to 15 we build and you test, days 16 to 18 we move your data, and days 19 to 21 we train your team and switch on.
Can we keep our current website?
Yes. We add an enquiry form or trip finder to your site that feeds the system, or rebuild the site if it is holding you back. Either way, every enquiry lands in the same pipeline.
Do the quotes use our own rates?
Yes. You load your lodge contracts, seasons, park fees and margins, and the itinerary builder prices each day from them. Update a rate once and every new quote uses it.
Can clients pay in dollars or euros?
Yes. Quotes, invoices and payments can be in USD, KES or EUR, paid by card, bank transfer or M-Pesa, with the exchange rate recorded on each payment.
Does it work with our agents?
Yes. Each agent can have a login with their own rates and commission, and you get monthly statements without building them by hand.
What does it cost?
It depends on the modules and the number of users. After a free scoping call you get a fixed-scope proposal in writing, so you know the price before we start.

A free scoping call, then a fixed-scope proposal in writing.
