Is it Pinch CRM or a custom system?
Both. We start from Pinch CRM, our own system, and shape it to your products, prices, approvals and documents. Anything specific to your business is built on top, so you are not paying to rebuild the basics.
Do you build systems for our sector?
Yes. We build sector systems for manufacturers, SACCOs and lenders, schools, travel and hospitality firms, property companies, retailers and NGOs. Our industry pages, such as Manufacturing and Finance, show the modules each one adds, like production, loans or fees.
Can you work with Odoo, Zoho or HubSpot instead?
Yes. If you already use Odoo, Zoho or HubSpot, we can set it up properly, connect it to M-Pesa and eTIMS, and clean up your data. If it no longer fits, we move you to Pinch CRM without losing your history.
How long does a rollout take?
Every project is delivered in 21 working days, from the first workshop to go-live. You get the plan, day by day, in the written proposal.
