Before you ask.
Will the AI send things without us checking?
Only if you decide it should. We start with staff approving every reply and document. Once accuracy is proven, you choose which simple answers can go out alone, and everything else still waits for a person.
Where does our data go?
Your documents and records stay in your systems or on servers we manage for you. We use business AI services that do not train on your data, limit access by role, keep logs, and design with the Data Protection Act 2019 in mind.
Can it answer customers in Swahili?
Yes. Current AI models handle English and Swahili well. We test the assistant on your real questions in both languages before it goes live, and it hands over to staff when it is unsure.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
It will sometimes, which is why it shows its sources, flags answers it is unsure of and hands over to a person. We review mistakes with you each month and improve the rules and the data it works from.
What does it cost?
There is a build cost and a monthly running cost for AI usage and hosting, which depends on volume. After a free scoping call you get a fixed-scope proposal in writing, with the running costs estimated.
