- Giving matched by handPaybill gifts arrive with a name or a fund typed differently every time, and the treasurer sorts them out from the statement.
- First-timers slip awayVisitor cards sit in a tray after Sunday, and by the time someone calls, the visitor has stopped coming.
- Statements take a monthMembers ask for a record of their giving, and someone builds each one by hand from receipt books.
- Branches report lateAttendance, offerings and spending come in from each branch in a different spreadsheet, weeks after the month ends.
Your church deserves better.
Members, giving and ministry. One login.
A church management system for congregations with one branch or many, ministries, faith-based schools and charities. What is Pinch for Churches & Ministries?
A church management system built by Pinch Africa for churches, ministries, faith-based schools and charities in Kenya: members and families, giving by M-Pesa, attendance, fellowships, volunteers, children's check-in, pastoral care, sermons, projects and branch accounts in one system.
How long does it take to go live?
21 working days, from the first meeting to go-live. Days 1 to 3 we map how your church works, days 4 to 15 we build and you test, days 16 to 18 we move your data, and days 19 to 21 we train your team and switch on.
Can members give by M-Pesa and get a receipt?
Yes. Members give to your paybill with an account name for each fund, such as TITHE or BUILDING. Each gift is matched to the member by phone number and receipted by SMS within seconds, and it appears on their giving statement.
We have several branches. Can each one see only its own?
Yes. Each branch has its own members, services, accounts and reports, and branch staff see only their branch. The main church sees every branch side by side and the totals for the whole church.
How do you protect member data?
Access is set by role, so giving is seen only by the treasury team, pastoral notes only by the pastor caring, and children's records only by the children's team. Consent is recorded, every change is logged, and the system is built to support your duties under the Data Protection Act 2019.
Our register is in Excel and on paper cards. Can you move it?
Yes. We import your spreadsheets, clean out duplicates with your office, and can type in paper cards as part of the setup. Members can then check and update their own details from a link.
Can it stream our services?
Your services stream through your YouTube or Facebook channel, and the system shows them on a watch page on your website and in the member app, with sermon notes, giving details and a connect card for first-time viewers.
What does it cost?
It depends on the modules, the number of branches and members, and the number of staff users. After a free scoping call you get a fixed-scope proposal in writing, so you know the price before we start.
Let's map your church.
