In the year 2006, the company became a Private Limited company under the directorship of Mr. Paul M. Kimani and Ms. Lilian W. Mwangi. In 2011, TNL grew significantly and was ranked position 36 in the 2011/2012 Top 100 SMEs Ranking conducted by KPMG and Nation Media Group.
